My name is Zeina Al-Wais.
I am a Law graduate from Damascus University.
I have eight years of experience in sales and call center operations.
I have worked with several companies, including VIEW ISP and PROTECH GROUP, and most recently with the Syrian Computer Society (an Internet Service Provider).
Throughout my career, I have held various positions: starting as a customer service representative (call center), then advancing to call center supervisor, followed by sales supervisor for ADSL and IPTV services, and finally serving as Sales Manager for subscriber service centers.
I possess strong skills in communication, persuasion, and customer negotiation, as well as data analysis capabilities using Excel and Power BI.
I am also proficient in the specific software systems used by each of these companies
