Executive Management Profile
GENERAL MANAGEMENT | OPERATIONS | INDUSTRIAL MANAGEMENT
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
I am an executive manager with a cross-functional career spanning telecommunications, customer operations, marketing, sales, human resources, production operations, quality, laboratory operations, purchasing, and warehousing.
My career has not followed a single industry path. Instead, it has developed through progressively broader responsibilities and through repeated transitions into unfamiliar environments where I was required to understand the operating system, identify its constraints, solve problems, and build practical methods of improvement.
The common element throughout this journey is my analytical approach to management.
I tend to begin by understanding the organization as a whole, then examine the details that determine how the system actually works. I distinguish between a problem, its underlying cause, the proposed solution, the method used to implement it, and the resulting outcome.
My objective is not simply to solve a problem once.
The objective is to understand why the solution worked, improve it where necessary, and turn successful practices into repeatable systems.
MANAGEMENT PHILOSOPHY
1. Systems Before Isolated Solutions
I view an organization as an interconnected system.
A solution that improves one department while creating problems elsewhere is, in my view, incomplete.
Therefore, when evaluating a decision, I consider its effect on:
• Operations
• People
• Resources
• Cost
• Quality
• Time
• Other departments
• Customer and market requirements
• Sustainability of the result
The guiding principle is simple:
A solution that does not work for the system as a whole is not truly a solution.
